This is a crazy market, multiple offers, over bidding, appraisals and financing falling apart. It's a sellers market, yes, but what good is a sellers market when the seller can't find a new home to move to? Where and how do the "sellers" find their new home? This is becoming a MAJOR problem.
We have low inventory sellers, which is causing the competition between buyers and so there is no problem selling, but now, the sellers who get their homes sold in a day, now face the problem of "finding a home"......this is also causing the sale to fall apart between buyer and seller. Eventually, it becomes an ever ending circle of distress.
